Please initiate the return processes within 7 days of receiving the order.
We request you to clearly state the reasons for your return request.
We request you to return the products in their original packaging along with the CLOTH BAGS and PAPER TAGS intact. The returns of the product without these will not be accepted.
Please note that we will NOT accept returns of products that have been used, laundered or customer damaged.
We do not have a separate exchange policy, in order to exchange a product, please raise a return request and place a new order.
To start your return process, please follow the following Steps:
- Send us an email at email@example.com or WhatsApp at +91-6354998879 with an intent to return the product.
Subject line: Return Request || Order ID || Product ID or Product Name
- We will share a form. Fill it to schedule pick up time, date, and pick up address.
- Repackage your product using suitable packaging material. Eg: The one you received your parcel in.
- In certain cases, if needed, we will send you a shipping label. Kindly print it and attach it to the package.
- Our logistics partner will pick the package from your doorsteps.
Please note that hygiene products like face masks, underwear, and baby/ infant products like diapers, langots, nursing pads, bottle covers, cloth bibs, swaddles, knee sleeves, leg warmers, new-born blankets & quilts, swaddled, etc. are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygienic and safety concerns unless damaged. However, they are eligible for post usage return from the 31st day of product delivery. Please read the post usage return policy for more details on it.
In the case of few brands, jewellery are non-returnable unless damaged. Refer to the details on the product page for product specific return policy.
For order returns, we’ll credit the amount within 7 working days of receiving the products back from you.
The refund amount is subject to the condition in which the item is received back and the adjustments due to shipping charges.
Except for the case in which the product is received in a damaged condition by you, the shipping cost of return will be borne by you in all other cases. The same will be adjusted in the refund amount. You may be required to furnish a timestamped product photograph, in case of return requests for receiving a damaged product.
Please note that we do NOT accept returns or refunds for items on sale.
If the order could not be delivered due to your unavailability at your given address, the shipping charges will be adjusted in the refund amount.
If you’d like to cancel your order, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp at +91-6354998879 within 24 hours of placing the order and we’ll sort it out.

For canceled orders, the refund amount will be credited within 7 working days of approval of the cancellation request.
Please note that an order can not be cancelled after 24 hours of placing it.
Please make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order.

Changes to the Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated.
